Fred experience spans over 30 years as a senior corporate executive and founder of several successful businesses. His corporate career began with IBM as a marketing representative in the data processing division and concluded as the COO of a major business unit of Burroughs Corporation. His entrepreneurial endeavors include co-founding a commercial finance company in the late ‘80s, co-founding a corporate finance consulting company, serving as CEO of a business-to-business internet enterprise, and co-foundng U.S. Business Finance, a merchant banking company. During the past 15 years Fred has worked extensively with both private and public middle market corporations to provide creative solutions to complex financing requirements. Fred’s work has been profiled in several publications, including the Philadelphia Business Journal and the American Bankruptcy Association journal. He has been a frequent speaker for the Institute for International Research and has served as a board member and advisory board member of both private and public companies. Fred is a graduate of the University of Maryland and the UPenn Wharton Direct Progam.
