The Stated Income Program works for virtually all types of income producing commercial properties.

* No income verification.
* No up front costs or fees!
* Loan Amounts from $125,000 to $800,000
* The higher your credit, the lower your rate.
* Minimum qualifying credit score is 575.
* Loan to Value up to 75%.
* Cumulative LTV up to 90%. (Borrower must have 10% cash in the transaction. Seller can hold a second.)
* 15 year fixed rate program available.
* 2yr./6 month ARM can bring payment even lower!

The Stated Income Loan for Small Commercial Properties has a streamlined application process. You will recieve an initial approval (or denial) with a rate and term quotation within 72 hours of submitting an application. If approved, you will need to obtain a commercial real estate appraisal from a lender approved company. Dry closings within 2 weeks with funds in 48 hours!
