Mr.
Raggio brings over 20
years experience in the real estate investment and finance fields to the US Business Finance Advisory Board,
He has been directly involved in the acquisition, financing
and disposition of over $6 billion of real estate assets. Mr Raggio is currently the Managing Director of Tremont Realty Capital's New York's Office. Prior to joining Tremont he was a Managing Director at Mountain Development Corporation where he was responsible for overseeing all equity and debt transactions of the company. Before Mountain Development, Mr. Raggio was Senior Vice President of GE Capital Real Estate’s Institutional Accounts group where he was responsible for overseeing GE’s structured finance/equity investments with institutional investors. At GE, he originated/structured over $2.0 billion in both debt and equity investments. During his tenure at GE, Mr. Raggio established equity joint ventures with several Wall Street investment firms. He also served as Vice President at Paine Webber Properties, as well as, Paine Weber’s Real Estate Investment Banking Group. A graduate of Baruch College, he also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Stern School of Business, New York University.
