Mr. Karpac is a Principal and Co-Founder of US Business Finance. In his capacity as a Partner, he services business loan and equity requests from financial advisors and businesses throughout the United States.
Mr. Karpac has extensive experience with asset-based loans, as well as government guaranteed SBA and USDA Loan Programs. Mr. Karpac has a diverse and business background that enables him to analyze a business to enable them to maximize their ability to obtain financing. Mr. Karpac also has extensive experience with businesses that are insolvent or have minor cash flow problems. He has provided invaluable services to businesses with cash flow problems to enable them to qualify for financing, avoid bankruptcy, improve cash flow and restructure their debts. Mr. Karpac’s unique for assisting distressed business incorporates methods used in Europe. John received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Ryder College in 1970. Upon graduation he joined a National Big Four accounting firm and later formed and became a managing partner of a regional accounting practice. He became a CPA in 1972 and as a member of American Institute of CPA’s, Pennsylvania Institute of CPA, and New Jersey Society of CPA’s. He is also a former member of the American Arbitration Association and the International Business Association of Business Mediation Consultants. Mr. Karpac is also a co-founder of US Business Capital; a non-bank asset based lender and a principal and co-founder of US Business Finance, a diversified merchant-banking firm for both private and public companies. |
